The Axon 20 5G phone debuting on Sept. 1 in China will be the world’s first smartphone with under-display camera technology. The phone is rumored to be equipped with Visionox’s under-display camera solution. The images and specifications of the phone have already appeared on TENAA. Now, ZTE Mobile Business President Ni Fei has shared a render of the Axon 20 5G to reveal its front and rear design.
The ZTE Axon 20 5G render does not really manage to show the thickness of its bezels. Even after making the image bright, the thickness of the side and low bezels is not clearly visible. The 6.92-inch OLED panel of the Axon 20 5G has an under-screen camera because of which it has a notch-less appeal.
A fingerprint reader is also integrated with the massive display. The screen offers 1080 x 2460 pixels Full HD+ resolution. It is unclear whether the screen offers a high refresh rate. The right side of the phone has buttons for volume up, volume down, and power.
There is a rectangle-camera housing on the backside of the device. It is populated with four cameras and an LED flash. The primary lens in the setup is of 64-megapixel. It is assisted by an 8-megapixel camera, and a pair of 2-megapixel sensors.
The Android 10 OS runs on the device and it is expected to debut in RAM variants of up 12 GB and storage choices of up to 256 GB. It has a microSD card slot for more storage. The phone houses a 4,120mAh rated battery. The device will be also equipped with fast charging capabilities.
