After launching the Xiaomi Mi 11 5G in China by December end, the company teased its global arrival last week. It seems the global launch of the Mi 11 may not be far away as it has bagged certification from the Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) in the U.S. The FCC appearance has revealed the RAM and storage editions of the Mi 11 for the global markets.
As it can be seen, the Xiaomi Mi 11 (review) is mentioned with its model number M2011K2G in the FCC documents. Before appearing at FCC, the handset was previously spotted at other certification platforms like Singapore’s IMDA and Russia’s EEC. A screengrab of one of the FCC documents has revealed that the smartphone will run on MIUI 12 and it will come with support for connectivity features such as 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, NFC, wireless charging, and GNSS.
The listing further reveals that the Xiaomi Mi 11 5G will arrive in at least two models in global markets such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. In China, the company is also selling a third variant that features 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
