In case you are not aware, Xiaomi’s POCO brand has two main divisions – global and India. Both of them operate separately and their product portfolio is different. Hence, when POCO Global teased the arrival of a new smartphone by the end of 2020, POCO India confirmed that there will no new phone from them. Now, weeks later, this upcoming handset’s moniker has been officially confirmed as POCO M3 and it will be unveiled on November 24.
That’s because the Chinese version of this device bears the model number M2010J19SC. Similarly, the Global and Indian versions of this phone have been spotted on IMDAEEC, and Geekbench with similar model numbers – M2010J19SG and M2010J19SI respectively.
Hence, according to TENAA and other listings, the forthcoming POCO M3 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset paired with a minimum of 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. On the front, it will sport a 6.53-inch FHD IPS LCD panel with a dew-drop notch housing an 8MP selfie camera.
Whereas, on the back, the smartphone will house a triple camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary sensor. Last but not least, it will run Android 10 and will be backed by a 6,000mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging.
