Kospet, the Chinese smartwatch maker is all set to launch its biggest product of 2020, the Kospet Prime 2. The smartwatch will run on the Android platform and will come with a camera, an octa-core processor, and even 4GB of RAM. As you might have already figured, the company wants the watch to be as powerful as a smartphone.
Now, Kospet has announced a global competition for smartwatch lovers and the winners will be sent the all-new Kospet Prime 2 smartwatch for FREE.
In order to participate in the Kospet Prime 2 Watch Face design competition, you have to submit three customized watch faces that’s compatible with the watch’s stock launcher. Each user can submit 3 watch faces to enter the competition, but the company notes that you may submit more than 3 if you want to increase your chances of winning.
Also, this competition is open only to their forum members (so you’ll need to join the forums to be eligible) who are not professionally involved in designing watch faces. So it’s targeted at users who are passionate about smartwatches and would like to win one for free.
The three watch face designs that you submit have to be original works and should not be copied from other individuals or brands.
In order to participate in the competition, you have to send your watch face zip files to [email protected] by midnight of 27th September, New York time zone. Make sure that you use the Watch-Face Designer software specified by the company in the official competition rules here.
The Kospet Prime 2 will come with an Helio P22 octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and Android 10 out of the box. It will have a 2.1-inch 480 x 480-pixel resolution round display and will feature a camera on top for face unlock, selfies, and video calls. Inside, there’ll be a 1600mAh battery which should be enough to power the device for more than a day. It supports Wireless Charging too.
