After what looks like a long wait, Infinix is set to release the much-anticipated Infinix Note 7 in India this Wednesday. The release will end what looks like a long wait considering that the device was first unveiled in April. A product page for the device has been floated on Flipkart but the page confirm the device will be launched on September 16.
The retail price has not been specified yet but that should be announced tomorrow alongside other information about the launch. The Note 7 is already on sale in some countries like Philippine, though. The device is available in the Philippines for PHP 8,000, (around INR 12,000). This may likely be the starting price.
The Infinix Note 7 sports a 6.9-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design, HD+ resolution and 20.5:9 aspect ratio. The punch-hole houses a 16-megapixel while at the rear, there is a round-shaped camera module. The module holds a quad-camera setup and LED flash. The camera comprises of a 48-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a dedicated low-light camera.
The Note 7 is powered by a aMedaTek Helio G70 chipset paired with 6 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 128GB. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery that is coupled with 18W rapid charging. There is no stylus pen on this model like its predecesor but that shouldn’t be an issue. Providing the interface is the XOS-based Android 10 OS.
