The HMS application services from Huawei has been making its way to cars and various automobile brands. Now, the company’s app services will also arrive in vehicles from the known Chinese car making brand BYD.
According to BYD senior official, Zhao Changjiang, the company’s Han series of mid size sedans will soon arrive with the Chinese smartphone maker’s HMS fast application services. The executive made the announcement on his official Weibo account, a Chinese microblogging website. For those unaware, Huawei has recently diversified its service into the automobile industry, seeking to offer its software and product services for the other car makers.
Its HMS for Car is a solution made to leverage its cloud services to provide in vehicle services and applications. Furthermore, HMS arrives with the company’s smart assistant as well, while the application program also acting as a control panel, which can be used immediately and does not require an installation process. An official image poster from Huawei had showcased various applications like F Express, Lychee, Bilibili, and more.HMS smart display. These apps might be pre loaded in the car or could be installed later on.
