Huami CEO shares official render of the Amazfit T-Rex

Huami will be attending CES 2020 where it will unveil a couple of new products. One of them is the Amazfit T-Rex, a rugged smartwatch that will be announced on Wednesday, the 8th of January. Ahead of the event, the company’s CEO has sh ared an official render of the smartwatch.

The render shows the Amazfit T-Rex has a bulky blue case paired with a black rubber strap. There are four buttons on the watch labeled Select, Back, Down and Up (clockwise). The watch face shows the smartwatch has a heart rate sensor and a step counter.

Based on the image, the Amazfit T-Rex is definitely not a small watch. The display is most likely 1.39-inches in size like the Stratos 3 but its extr a thickness may be due to its battery capacity.

The watch should have support for GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou. It should also have a compass, a barometer, and an altimeter. The Amazfit T-Rex will come with a number of sports modes including outdoor ones such as skiing, hiking, mountain climbing, trail running.

Amazfit will also announce a pair of True Wireless Earbuds and the Amazfit Bip S at CES 2020.
