Earlier today (19th February 2021), a tipster on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging website, shared an image that revealed the possible design of an upcoming Honor MagicBook, which will feature a new overhauled design.
According to the blogger @鹏鹏君驾到, the Chinese tech giant is working on a newly designed MagicBook. This notebook will feature a display that is surrounded by thin bezels on three sides. The chin region of the display will carry the company’s logo while the power button will be housed on the top right corner of the bottom half. Although the company is expected to launch new notebooks later this year. These laptops are expected to arrive with either Intel or AMD processors, and would also likely feature SSD storage as well. Recently, the company launched the 2021 MagicBook series, with a high end variant offering an Intel 11th Gen i7 processor, with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The laptop also supports Wi-Fi 6. Although, Honor might also opt for AMD Ryzen 5000 series chips, which are expected to be announced sometime in March 2021. Keep in mind, this is still unconfirmed news, so take this report with a pinch of salt and stay tuned for more, as we will be providing updates when additional information is available.
