Google’s Android TV Stick may launch at its Smart Home Summit on July 8

Other than the Mi TV Stick, another anticipated Android TV dongle is Google’s own which is codenamed Sabrina. The dongle is expected to come with a new Android TV interface and should also have support for Google Stadia. If you have been waiting for the device the launch, there is a possibility it might be announced next week.

Google has an event on July 8. The online event is the Smart Home Summit and it sounds like the perfect opportunity to announce a new streaming device.

The image attached to the event page shows a TV, a pair of headphones, a smart speaker, a gamepad, and a remote that looks like the one that will ship with Sabrina. The image is probably a teaser for what will be announced on that day.

Google is also expected to announce a new Google Home Speaker though it will launch under the Nest brand.
