According to Ice Universe, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will feature a Snapdragon 865+ chipset in select markets. However, the existence of the Snapdragon 865+ chipset hasn' t been confirmed yet. The tipster also says that the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will have a curved LTPO display with Quad HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and slimmer bezels than previous Samsung flagships. Unlike the Galaxy S20 series phones, the Note 20 Ultra will allow users to enable 120Hz at Quad HD+ resolution. The phone's display is also said to have steeper curves on the edges, similar to the Galaxy Note 10+.

While the rest of the phone's specs haven't surfaced yet, the tipster suggests it will offer a few new camera features, as well as an improved S Pen.
