The upcoming Apple iPhone 12 series will feature the company’s A14 Bionic chips. These are being built on TSMC‘s 5nm process node and are reportedly going to arrive with a whopping 40 percent CPU performance bump over last year’s A13 chip.
According to a new leak from tipster KomiyaLeaks on Twitter, the iPhone 12 series’ A14 Bionic chip will arrive with a massive CPU performance gain of 40 percent and GPU performance gain of 50 percent over the previous generation A13 chip. Unfortunately, the tipster only divulged the performance gains and offered no substantial information or graphs apart from it. While Apple’s silicon development has really grown, these leaks are still unconfirmed. So take it with a pinch of salt for now and stay tuned for more iPhone 12 rumors and leaks.
